Bindawala Banijya Limited (BBL) was set up in 1981. It is a finance company, registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a non-deposit taking non-banking finance company (NBFC). It is engaged primarily in the business of advancing loans and investing / trading in securities and also listed on The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE).

Was Appointed as a Managing Director of the company on April, 01 2009. He is having over 42 yrs. of Experience in Finance & Investment/ Real Estate/ Manufacturing of Cables & Conductors in the Power Sector.

MR. ANURAG BINDAWALA – Director

– M.B.A, B. COM (Hons)
Was Appointed as a Director of the company on March, 31 2008. He is having over 22 yrs. of Experience in Finance & Investment/ Construction and Power Engineering.

MRS. HIMA BINDAWALA – Director

Mrs. Hima Bindawala is a Graduate in Bachelor of Commerce and has all over experience of more than 10 yrs. In the field of Finance. She was appointed as a Director of the company on March,31 2008.

MR. SAUBHAGYA AGARWAL – Independent Director

Was Appointed as an Independent Director of the company on December, 03 2020. His knowledge & Experience will help in development of the Company.

MR. AVINASH HIMATSINGKA – Independent Director

Mrs. Hima Bindawala is a Graduate in Bachelor of Commerce and has all over experience in the field of Finance. She was appointed as a CFO of the company on 30th June 2022.
